The walk, in memory of our partner and guiding light, Kinny Gallup will aid area agencies in handling the immediate needs of residents throughout New Jersey who are suffering with the ravages of hunger.
Kingsley H. Gallup, known as Kinny to family and friends, was a great humanitarian who gave willingly of her time and energy to many causes that negatively affect our fellow residents.
Her knowledge of the struggle that many area residents deal with daily to provide nutritious food for themselves and their families prompted her to challenge Chuck Inman, founder of the Battle Against Hunger, to a call of action. With Kinny?s encouragement and support, Chuck founded the Battle Against Hunger in 2003.
