Get ready for the BAH Walk and Fun Ride on Sunday, September 11! Maps and instructions will be at  the registration table at Washington Pavilion on Sunday.

BAH water bottles are available free of charge at registration.

Walkers average about 3 MPH.  The round-trip proposed walk is 4 miles, but can be lengthened or shortened as suits you.

Bikers average 8-10 MPH so maximum round trip to Bull's Island could take 4 hours with rest stops (consider a visit to Stockton Market and a walk across foot bridge at Bull's Island).

You can bring lunch, but rest stops will have water, bananas, Denny's infamous chocolate chip cookies, and PB&J fixings.
